The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is an operational decision-making body of the Company, which is responsible for reviewing the operating performance of the segments and making decisions on certain operational matters. The Board remains accountable for the decisions of the SLT and has ultimate responsibility for the Company’s management and external reporting.
