Turning Ambition into Impact
Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is brought to life through global and local initiatives that continuously evolve to reflect the needs of the organisation, our people and the communities where we operate. These actions aim both to strengthen a fairer and more inclusive workplace and to generate positive social impact beyond our boundaries.
Throughout this journey, we work in partnership with civil society organisations, local associations, foundations, educational institutions, universities, research centres and start-ups, strengthening people, expanding opportunities and generating impact where it is most needed. Many of these projects focus on reducing inequalities, protecting diversity and supporting vulnerable groups, such as the partnership with ActionAid, in which we support projects focused on women’s empowerment, promoting safety, autonomy and economic independence across different social contexts.
Internally, we invest consistently in developing leaders who are more aware and better equipped to manage diversity. More than 11,000 people have participated in the global unconscious bias training (Hidden Bias of Good People), increasing awareness of how biases can influence decisions, relationships and opportunities in everyday work. This effort was complemented by the development and roll-out of inclusive language training for the Senior Leadership Team and key leaders across the organisation.
In addition, the Group has promoted mentoring programmes involving more than 300 employees, including mentors and mentees, with a focus on developing diverse talent and strengthening career pathways. These efforts are underpinned by a structured commitment to equity, also reflected in EDGE certification obtained in November 2024, which assesses practices related to gender equality, fair pay, career progression and inclusive culture.
Furthermore, our Iveco Group’s Code of Conduct – applying to all employees, partners, and suppliers - reinforces our commitment to “Integrity Always Everywhere.”, reflecting our core values and guiding responsible behaviour across areas such as human rights, environmental protection, safety, fair competition, and data privacy.
Taken together, these initiatives represent some examples of how Iveco Group puts its commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into practice. They reflect a continuous and evolving approach that combines internal and external actions to promote opportunity, strengthen people and contribute to a fairer and more inclusive society.

Our DEI Council
Our DEI Council
Building on the actions and commitments already in place across Iveco Group, the DEI Council brings together leaders from different functions and geographies to further strengthen coordination, governance and impact. They define the overall approach, lead the global implementation of DEI initiatives, and coordinate local teams across multiple workstreams within our areas of action.
The Council’s actions reflect our Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy, adopted by the Board of Directors and applicable across the entire organisation. More than a guideline, it embodies our conviction that people — in all their diversity of talent and experience — are the driving force behind our performance, our culture and our contribution to a more sustainable society.
