Today, during a meeting with the Italian trade unions, Iveco Group (EXM: IVG) presented the values of the contractual performance bonus for 2025. These values are based on indicators aimed at enhancing the contribution of employees to the achievement of the company's competitiveness and profitability objectives. The bonus will be paid out in February to the Group’s more than 14,000 employees in Italy.

The value of the bonus, whose average amount will be approximately 1,200 euros gross, is determined both by the individual performance of the Group’s Italian plants (Torino Motori, Torino Drivelines, Brescia, Bolzano and Vittorio Veneto, Piacenza, Suzzara and Foggia) during 2025 in relation to productivity, compliance with delivery times and product quality, and by the achievement of the Group’s target for workplace safety.

This positive outcome is made even more significant by the fact that it was achieved through the contribution of all employees in a year marked by complex market dynamics and a global environment characterised by great uncertainty and considerable challenges.
