Economic contract renewal for 2025-2026 signed today for Iveco Group employees in Italy
Today, Iveco Group N.V. (EXM: IVG) signed an agreement with the Fim-Cisl, Uilm- Uil, Fismic, Uglm, and AQCFR trade unions for the renewal of the 2025-2026 biennium economic contract, which is part of the 2023-2026 Specific Collective Labor Agreement (CCSL) for over 14,000 employees of the Group in Italy.
The regulatory portion of the CCSL was signed on 8th March 2023 and remains in force until 31st December 2026. As a part of the negotiations to define the economic portion for 2025 and 2026, the parties examined and evaluated the trends in the inflation rate to determine wage increases that would allow a recovery of purchasing power. At the conclusion of the discussions, which began in December 2024, the parties agreed on a 6.5% increase in base contractual wages over the biennium, along with two one-time payments of 240 euros each to be paid in June 2025 and April 2026.
The agreement entails a significant economic effort on the part of Iveco Group and is in line with the roadmap presented on 8th March 2023 which outlined the company’s commitment to investing in and enhancing the work of its employees, from which benefits are expected for all. With the signing of the agreement, the parties reaffirm their strong conviction to continue and, where possible, even strengthen the participatory industrial relations system and clear rules, which constitute an undeniable added value in terms of competitiveness, especially in the current historical moment.
