Today, during a meeting with the Italian trade unions, Iveco Group (EXM: IVG) presented the values of the contractual performance bonus. These values are based on indicators aimed at enhancing the contribution of employees to the achievement of the company's competitiveness and profitability objectives. The bonus will be paid out in February to the Group’s more than 14,000 employees in Italy.

The average amount of the bonus comes to 1,900 euro gross and is determined by two factors. The first factor is the positive performance during 2024 in relation to productivity targets, compliance with delivery times, and product quality achieved by the following plants: Torino Motori, Torino Drivelines, Brescia, Bolzano & Vittorio Veneto, Piacenza, Suzzara and Foggia. The second factor involves results related to the Group’s occupational safety objective, which has a multiplier effect on the bonus.

This positive result carries even more weight because it was achieved through the contribution of the entire workforce in a year characterised by complex market demands and the launch of a completely renewed commercial vehicle range.
