Iveco Group employees in Italy to receive contractual bonuses for 2021 results

Iveco Group announced the bonus values for the Group’s Italian employees, payable with their February salaries, during a meeting with the Trade Unions today. The bonus values are related to the productivity and efficiency gains achieved by each individual production unit, measured according to the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) system, as outlined in the specific Collective labour agreement (Contratto collettivo specifico di lavoro, or Ccsl).

2021 registered an overall improvement compared to 2020, a year that was impacted significantly by the health emergency. Six out of eight Iveco Group production sites in Italy reached or exceeded the minimum efficiency gains required to warrant the bonus payment. The employees at the plants that achieved the best results in terms of productivity and efficiency gains (Brescia Commercial Vehicles, Suzzara and Foggia) will receive average amounts of between 938 and 1235 euros brut. Employees not linked to the production sites will also receive a bonus payment.
