IVECO BUS will provide a shuttle service for the Metallica’s crew during the European leg of the M72  World Tour with sustainable mobility solutions.

IVECO BUS will provide three low-impact vehicles for this eco-responsible tour: two electric eDaily minibuses and an XTL-compatible EVADYS coach – perfect solutions selected from the brand’s sustainable offer.

The vehicles will feature a special livery designed by Iveco Group’s Centro Stile and inspired by the colours on Metallica's 72 Seasons album.

IVECO BUS will provide a sustainable fleet to deliver a crew shuttle service to concert venues throughout the European leg of the Metallica M72 Tour. Two eDaily electric minibuses and an EVADYS coach with a latest-generation engine compatible with XTL alternative fuel will ensure the staff travels sustainably and comfortably.

The IVECO BUS sustainable fleet that will be used by the band’s crew during their European tour will be made up of two eDaily electric minibuses and an EVADYS coach. For the occasion, a special livery taking inspiration from the colours featured on Metallica's 72 Seasons album was designed by the Centro Stile of Iveco Group.

The 2 eDaily minibuses can accommodate 19 and 22 passengers respectively. They are equipped with 3 batteries for a total capacity of 111 kWh and a synchronous electric motor delivering a maximum power of 140 kW (maximum torque of 400 Nm). The flexible charging mode allows charging at public charging facilities, industrial sockets, and domestic sockets quickly at up to 80 kW. The eDaily minibuses offer a range of 200 km, allowing them to cover a wide variety of missions – shuttle service, transport service for people with reduced mobility, and school transport – with zero local emissions.

The EVADYS is a 13-metre-long vehicle with a 400 hp (294 kW) Cursor 9 XTL compatible EURO VI-e engine. It can accommodate 63 seated passengers. To guarantee passengers the best conditions of comfort and safety, the vehicle is equipped with USB sockets, offers close to 12 m3 of luggage storage space, and incorporates the new ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) devices in compliance with the GSR (General Safety Regulation) regulations. As a versatile and multi-tasking vehicle, EVADYS can accomplish any mission: from shuttle service to use by tour operators, from excursion coach to transport on regular routes.

The tour will stop in nine European cities from May 24th to July 14th: Munich, Milan, Vienna, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Oslo, Clisson, Warsaw and Madrid.
